Jamdesk offers simple, transparent pricing with a 14-day free trial.

## How the Free Trial Works

When you sign up, you enter your payment method and start a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

### What Happens During the Trial

- You get full access to all Pro features from day one
- Your payment method is saved but not charged
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends at no cost
- You can **start your paid plan early** if you want to add more projects or skip the waiting period
- We send you a reminder email **3 days before** your trial ends

### When the Trial Ends

If you keep your subscription, your payment method is automatically charged and your Pro plan begins. Nothing changes — your projects, settings, and team members stay exactly as they are.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged.

### After Cancellation

If your subscription is canceled (either during trial or later):

- Your existing docs remain accessible to visitors
- Builds are disabled
- Your project becomes read-only in the dashboard
- You can resubscribe anytime to restore full access
