Billing Issues
Fix failed payments, missing invoices, and subscription issues. Includes card update steps and refund requests.
Troubleshoot billing problems such as failed payments or missing invoices.
Payment Failed
Verify your card hasn't expired and has sufficient funds.
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription to update your card.
After updating, we'll automatically retry the charge.
Common failure reasons

| Card expired | Update to a new card |
| Insufficient funds | Add funds or use different card |
| Card declined | Contact your bank or use different card |
| Invalid card number | Re-enter card details carefully |
Can't Update Payment Method
If the billing portal won't load:
- Try a different browser
- Disable ad blockers
- Clear cookies for jamdesk.com
- Contact support if it persists
Subscription Shows "Past Due"
Your subscription is past due when payment fails multiple times.
To resolve:
- Update your payment method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Pay Now to settle the balance
Your projects may be limited until payment is resolved.
Unexpected Charges
Review your charges:
- Go to Settings → Billing → View Invoices
- Check each line item
Common causes of unexpected charges:
- Additional project slots
- Prorated charges from mid-cycle changes
- Annual renewal after monthly trial
Refund Requests
We offer refunds within 30 days of your first payment.
Cancellation Issues
Can't find cancel button
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription in the portal
Cancellation not processing
If cancellation seems stuck:
- Refresh the page
- Check your email for confirmation
- Contact support if not resolved in 24 hours
Invoice Issues
Missing invoice
Invoices are sent to your account email. Check spam folders.
To download invoices:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click View Invoices
- Download the PDF
Wrong billing details
Update your billing information:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Update your billing address
