Payment Failed

Check your card

Verify your card hasn't expired and has sufficient funds.

Update payment method

Go to SettingsBillingManage Subscription to update your card.

Retry payment

After updating, we'll automatically retry the charge.

Common failure reasons

Can't Update Payment Method

If the billing portal won't load:

  1. Try a different browser
  2. Disable ad blockers
  3. Clear cookies for jamdesk.com
  4. Contact support if it persists

Subscription Shows "Past Due"

Your subscription is past due when payment fails multiple times.

To resolve:

  1. Update your payment method
  2. Go to SettingsBilling
  3. Click Pay Now to settle the balance

Your projects may be limited until payment is resolved.

Unexpected Charges

Review your charges:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingView Invoices
  2. Check each line item

Common causes of unexpected charges:

  • Additional project slots
  • Prorated charges from mid-cycle changes
  • Annual renewal after monthly trial

Refund Requests

We offer refunds within 30 days of your first payment.

Contact Support

Include your account email and reason for refund

Cancellation Issues

Can't find cancel button

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Subscription in the portal

Cancellation not processing

If cancellation seems stuck:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check your email for confirmation
  3. Contact support if not resolved in 24 hours

Invoice Issues

Missing invoice

Invoices are sent to your account email. Check spam folders.

To download invoices:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click View Invoices
  3. Download the PDF

Wrong billing details

Update your billing information:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Update your billing address
