Before You Delete

Deleting your account will:

  • Remove all projects you own
  • Cancel any active subscriptions
  • Delete all build history and analytics data
  • Remove you from all team projects

This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you need before proceeding.

Transfer Ownership First

If you own projects with team members, consider transferring ownership before deleting your account:

  1. Go to the project's Settings
  2. Select Team
  3. Click Transfer Ownership
  4. Choose a new owner

This preserves the project for your team.

Deleting Your Account

Go to Settings

Click your avatar and select Settings.

Select Account

Navigate to the Account tab.

Click Delete Account

Scroll down and click Delete Account.

Confirm deletion

Type your email address to confirm, then click Permanently Delete.

What Happens Next

  • Your account is immediately deactivated
  • Data deletion completes within 30 days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • Any active subscriptions are cancelled

Reactivating a Deleted Account

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You'll need to create a new account if you want to use Jamdesk again.
